1. Jump stops and reverse pivots with crisp chest passes. No pass is too hard at 15 ft.
2. Lay-ups at top speed…DRIBBLE DRIVES USING SPIN MOVES, BEHIND THE BACK, CROSS-OVER, ETC increase the speed per player.
3. Passing….Goal is to be the best passing team in the league.
4. Rebounding…this drill teaches aggression which is much needed.
5. Free throw shooting…must make 5 ft’s in a row in order to drink. (5 min on the clock)
6. Fast Break Offense
7. Full court pressure offense and defense (No number in this drill)
