The ‘Perfect 2-Hour Practice‘ series continues with more Peer Pressure Drills. We always felt very strongly that our Peer Pressure Drills were the key to our successful seasons. By letting the drill become the ‘bad guy’ by demanding precision, hustle, and execution, we noticed that our players banded together against the drill, and not the coaching staff. This allowed our coaches to offer positive encouragement and teaching points during times of adversity in practice.
